Is this a physical card?
Yes. Your personalised folded card is printed, placed in an envelope and posted to the recipient’s address in India. It is not an e-card.
What is included?
One 127 × 178 mm folded card, your personal message, an optional photo inside, and an envelope. The initial dimensions are subject to printer confirmation.
When will it arrive?
Current delivery information appears at checkout. Dates are estimates, not guarantees. Tracking is shown when the chosen carrier provides it.
Can I personalise before signing in?
Yes. Choose a card and write your message first. Your draft is stored on your device. Google sign-in is required to securely place an order.
What photos and languages can I use?
Upload a JPEG or PNG under 5 MB, at least 851 × 567 pixels. Write in English, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam or Hindi, including mixed-language messages. Messages support up to 420 visible characters and 14 printed lines. Emoji and other scripts are currently unsupported.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Contact AlifBay with the order ID as soon as possible. Changes depend on the printing stage. See the cancellation and refund policy.
